My husband has helped his boss & friend start his clientele in his business for the past 15 yrs. He is very GOOD at what he does and very successful in the company. Over the many years his bosses company has grown [HUGE] he has hired many new sales men and others, but over the coarse of years all the sales men are loosing out on their benefits they once had including my husband. [No contract] He keeps making new changes every year that only effects the sale men [cash flow] to benefit his company, but to take away from those who get him where HIS company is today. Recently told them that we’ll all have to purchase our own company car and computers when the ones they currently have need replaced. He is not the kind of man that you can talk to, he’ll just tell you to turn your key’s over and say good buy. We’ve seen this happen a few times to others who worked their, and my husband has tried before but gets no where, but the same answers others got. There’s much more to the story but I want to know is this GREED and should he move on.
