I am guessing that you have received an email informing you that you have won a vast amount of cash on a lottery which you haven't entered. If so, then this is a SCAM. If you refer to an email you received telling you that you have won $$$ then the answer is NO, every email of that kind is a scam - do NOT reply but delete it immediately. |

That depends on what you mean by doing business. If you have received aletter or e-mail telling you that you have won a lottery prize in a lottery that you did not enter, it is a scam. Lotteries invilve buying a ticket, or tickets and having a randomly selected winning match. Don't send money overseas or respond to any spam e-mails that tell you that you have "won" something that you did not enter. |

The company operating the UK national lottery is working under a license. The license is issued by goverement and National Lottery Commission during a lenghty competitive tendering process - This organisation is currently called :
Camelot Group plc.
They must follow the rules and regulations as issued by the parliment and National Lottery Commission.
The Camelot Group is a plc. therefore it must follow the rules, ethics and terms of business of a public listed company. this also includes posting there annual reports and accounts to the goverment body of companie house. By paying a small fee to companie house you can view there annual reports/accounts to undertake a reference check.
I belive Camelot Group is a plc is a legitimate and reputible company to do business with.

I suspect you have received spam email asking for your bank details to undertake a "winning ticket" transaction. You would be very dumb and stupid to do this. Please do not do this.
