People have been made to think its real, and have started to act accordingly.
There are in fact, no real signs of a recession....other than the government telling us there is one.
The banks were in trouble? ...or so they said anyway....but were they really? ....The banks have never before, or since made their spending available to the public.
then the automakers jumped on the bandwagon for some free taxpayer money.
Grocery prices aren't going up.
People are getting laid off...but is it out of necessity or is it because large companies are recognising an opportunity to dump high waged people, and later bring on more at a lower wage. Companies are "Acting" like they are hurting...and some in hopes of bailout money.
There is nothing today that resembles the days of the great depression...that was true doo doo.
