Alot of companies will give you additional pto days. Others will just give you a pat in the back.

no standards unless you are union perhaps, you can be fully vesed at that point. if you do a good job you should expect something, otherwise they take you for granted I would say

No. Every company develops its compensation program based on individual or competitive requirements.

At my company, when you hit 5 years you get an extra week of vacation time (3 weeks instead of 2) - there's also an awards dinner. Yearly raises are pay-for-performance, they're based on how well you do your job.

Every company has their own policy. There is no "standard." Some companies review performance and salaries every six months, or a year. Some don't at all. Some, with union contracts, have automatic increases, but these will also vary from job description, specific unions and industry.

Even those with regular performance reviews won't guarantee a specific amount, if any.

Standard, no. A lot of companies give an extra week of vacation, but most don't.
