No. Amazon.com put a lot of effort into creating a customer service based primarily on online forms. They are quite good as responding quickly to forms and emails.
If you really need to talk to an Amazon.com representative, the best you can do is fill out a form requesting them to call you back.

Not That I've ever found. Their "Contact Us" page at http://amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/518316/qid=1156094252/sr=1-3/102-8698472-6698527 on the sidebar gives you the option of either using email or you send them your phone number and they call you back. Rather strange. However, when I have emailed them, the usually get back to me within 24 hours.
