Substitute "Elite Fleet Courier Delivery company UK" with the words.
"Russian Maffia Run Postal Scam". These things have litterally made pensioners bankrupt.
You'll usually find that you have to send off a processing or registration fee to claim your prize. It'll usually be between £9.99 and £19.99 but usually an odd figure in between that looks like it's a genuine calculation of their processing costs of getting your prize to you.
I have a special shredder for these things don't respond to them or your mailling address will be sold on to another organisation as being validated as a posssible mug and you'll only get more of them.

Its a scam to get money out of you, if you enquire about it you will get told that you have to pay money up-front to cover the check getting to you....what a load of cobblers....
