No. That's Atlanta, GA.
Telemarketers use call banks so you'll get the area code and then usually zeroes after it as hundreds of lines originate from one place. |

Because of all the zeros it would be considered a scam number. I think because there really is no such code with 3 zero's in a row. They are hiding behind the number so you can't tell where they are calling from, and they will leave no trace behind when they got what they want from you. |

I don't think it's a UK number. UK numbers usually go along the lines of 01#########.
I'm not sure where that number is from, but I certianly doubt it is from the UK. |
