More like poetic justice. It makes one tend to believe what goes around comes around. |

Really can't say that this is perfect justice. His family is benefiting from any money he may have and his life insurance benefits.
Perfect justice would be for him to live and to repent for what he did. In doing so, he could explain how his consicious allowed him to steal so much from so many? |

i bet he is alive...faked his death |

Mark

No. It's a lack of justice. He never lived to be sentenced. |

DId not suffer enough...he is the one you would want to be kidnapped by the Al Qaeda swine...if anyone deserved that, it was him.... |

Not quite right he got the chance to die at a vacation home in Colorado, is it? Justice? Hardly!! |
|

Jersey Girl
|
Indeed... it was perfect justice... God will always get you one way or another |

Justice, no. He got away with stealing people's money and financial security. Now there probably is no way anyone will get that back. |

Pirate

No justice at all. What has he done to actually pay for his actions? Nothing! The heat attack probably would have gotten him eventually anyway....he and others like him need to do jail time in something other "Club Fed" when it comes to the harm they do to the public. |

He should have at least gone to prison and gotten butt fu(ked first. |

Yep! And who says life's not fair? |

Be careful about gloating about someone else's tragedy; their tragedy can come back to you in another form. |

He may be a jerk, but nobody deserves to die like that. |

I find it rather interesting that Ken Lay dies just a few months before he is facing spending the rest of his life in prison.
I wonder if he didn't help that coronary along ... there are drugs that will do that. |

What a tasteless lack of class. You blather on about someone you don't even know who has just died. You are disgusting. |
|

dark_storm73
|
Not really. You'd be surprised what you can live through, but now, he has to live through nothing. He doesn't have to face all the people he bilked and thieved. |

It's better that he died now, than cost the world more money while sitting in prison being fed, clothed, and all together taken care of, on the tax payers dime!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Let's see...did he actually fork out any of his billions/millions or are they in his estate??? Nah, it isn't perfect justice because his monies/assets will pass to his heirs and not get to those damaged by his fraudulent activities (they really didn't prove much, but he was convicted). |

I think so - although I kind of wish he had put in a few good jail years |
