Yes, lowe's seems to have excellent customer service. You can hardly find people in Home Depot, and they don't seem as knowledgeable as Lowe's Staff....

Lowe's better policies and customer service all the way around. Home Depot is more convenient here, but Lowe's is worth the trip.

i shop at both. home depot has a smell that lowe's doesn't have. lowe's is a lot cleaner than home depot. service wise, home depot is better. so i'd have to say home depot.

lowes for most things....better organized...better customer service...and wood ...is much better quality and i think it actually went through a kiln...rather than home depots...where the wood is so wet it takes a week or so to dry out before i can use it for any carpentry. but for difficult not every day items..HD

I like Lowes better- it has much better customer service and I can find things easier. I end up going to HD more often, however, because it's closer to my house.
