I have worked in dentistry for ten years....if you dont have cavities. Then try useing a tooth paste for sensitive teeth, also at most grocery stores they are stocking a product you can put on your teeth that help cut down on sensitivity, you put it on when ever you need it. Go see your dentist; ask for a fluride treatment, the use of floride will help fight sensitivity, also use a rinse with floride in it (like act mouthwash).
