Mcdonald's coporate strategy?
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what McDonalds coporate strategies were?
Their mission statement is: "be our customers' favourite place and way to eat." Corporate strategies are built around the mission statement such as their products, how to purchase responsibly, community/places (Ronald McDonald charity) and people (both employee and customer satisfaction).
