You can answer this question yourself. What kind of service do you want? The customer is always right even if they are wrong. Do whatever it takes to satisfy a customer and do it immediately if not sooner. Don't make excuses, just tell me when my problem will be fixed and be sure to let me know if there is a delay. Never argue or disagree. |

Customer Satisfaction is a concept that Retailers and Service Providers use to give assurance to potential users of their products or services motivation to their pre purchase decision. However, the post purchase decision is where it gets tricky. Getting the product or service and it wasn't to expectations is when customer satisfaction gets a little bit on the ambiguous side. A good store policy would be to find out what it takes to find a middle ground for this customer without greater out of pocket expenses for the provider. If a store can do that the customer will most always give their friends and family good commentary about the treatment after the sale as well as before the sale.... THAT SELLS!!!
Sadly this hasn't been so much the case in recent years with being in a disposable society and the younger generation not honouring this concept. |
