Microsoft wants to venture into the market that Google
is into.
Only time will tell if Microsoft can beat Google.
It really depends on Yahoo stockholders if they want

Its a fair and just scheme that rules the corporate sector....Microsoft could also lose big if ever their plans and schemes fail, there's still a degree of risk in purchasing Yahoo....You could tell Google to buy Yahoo if you intend to....they could call it GooHoo or something....or you could blame yourselves for signing-up an eon of times because of forgotten passwords. You may also bail-out Yahoo by going premium in Yahoo offered services.
