My guess is, he'll go back to school and get himself to a place where he doesn't have to rely on a minimum wage job.
Actually, very few people really work for what the Federal minimum wage is now anyway.
And rarely do places that employ minimum wage workers over-staff enough so that they could let workers go, rather than pay the higher wage so, it's really a moot point. |

unemployment benefit will rise too, they will not expect the unemployed to survive on rations whilst the economy rises. unemployment benefit is sufficient to live on but the reason they don't give out a fortune is so that the unemployed people have a reason to find work |
