Mobile phone companies failing to give 'cash back' (UK)?
I am having great difficulties getting the cash back I am owned by my mobile phone company 'Mobile Rainbow'. I sent many e mails, gave many phone calls. I keep being given lame excuses for the delays. I am appalled by the poor quality of customer service.
I would be interested to know if any of you have had any problems with their phone companies not paying cash back?
Watchdog did a profile on this recently and many people have had the same problem. Write to them to see if they can advise, be of any help. I would also try and find The Chief Exec name and e mail address of the supplier if possible and bombard him , until you get some results.

sorry but you are one of many thousands in a similar situation. Eventually you will give up or the company will close down. Either way you won't get your money. deal direct never ever take out a cashback deal.

These 3rd party shops are not a good idea. All they do is get you a contract with a phone network. So if you want an Orange phone, go to the Orange shop. If you want a O2 phone, go to O2, so there is only ONE company profiteering from you, not two.
