My co-worker lied kind of, what should I say to her?
She said "im going home to let my dog out" then she left and one minute later the boss left and I saw them get into his convertable together. When she got back she said "the puppy loved being outside for a while". They both had cups from the same fast food place and the other day she said that she was sick of me saying that he's showing favoritism.
I would keep out of it, and keep away from them. It's not your business to manage her.
Is there a boss above your boss? If it becomes an issue in work performance, go to that person or go to HR.

Tell her you seen them leave together and ask her how long they have been boinking....you might be able to get a raise....

Say nothing. Unless it affects you personally. I see this as private, personal thing between two people. There probably is a need to keep for them to keep it secret. Unless you want to alienate yourself from them, it is best to keep it to yourself.

say that it isnt right that shes doing that and if shes gonna play favorites then she shouldnt make it obvious. I think thats really unfair and u just need to think of something on ur own to really change the problem . Hopefully this was helpfull. =]
