BP is just making things worse. They're putting a chemical into the water thats 4x more harmful than the oil itself but the chemical apparently eats the oil. The oil's making it's way around florida and is heading for new england |

clever and funny, its ridiculous that 1. they don't want to release information on exactly how much oil is gushing out
2. I CANNOT BELIEVE A SAW GOT STUCK....
3. this is bigger than the exon valdez accident
4. To answer your question....I'm kind of hoping they will, this should have been fixed within the first week our environment is forever destroyed.

No, that is not the way big corporations work. They will find some poor schmuck with no authority to make decisions and blame him. Then give themselves a bonus of several million dollars for doing a "good job" in their opinion.
Bonus's should be something given only by the stock holders. Do a good job and they get a bonus, do a lousy job, no bonus. Make a mistake like this one, and it should be no job. Instead it will be business as usual, and if the leak persist, find another schmuck to blame and give themselves another bonus. |

Nah, the execs probably don't care at all. Nothing will happen to them. They'll just raise the oil prices to cover the costs of this disaster and the other oil companies will raise their prices to match.
In the end, we'll all get shafted. |
