Call Human Resources when they step over the line..oftentimes if they're a real pain in the ***, someone has complained about them before, and that call you make just might get them fired or transferred (or scared straight if it's only the first or second complaint made against them)- and out of your hair!
And remember, you're just there to do your 8 hours and earn your paycheck, not get sucked into a bunch of drama. Lay down the rules - I respect you, you respect me, we'll leave our personal issues at home so we can get as much done here as possible! |

Like some of the others have said. Call HR and let them know how you feel. You have rights as an employee. Give HR time to follow up and make sure they get back with you concerning their investigation. Document everything! Who what when where. If issues aren't resolved within a timely manner, use the legal system. The work place isn't suppose to be like high school. |

Ever heard of the phrase "ignorance is bliss"? that is by far the best way to deal with people who have no lives..without actually getting into unwanted quarrels! And it works too...after a while they'll get tired of it..have fun! |

Well, since I work in the Human Resources department I would say report it. I know thats easier said than done but if its that severe then thats your best bet. Don't ever try to get back at them, that can only hurt you in the long run. Good Luck! |
