Midnight Crier | Oil Prices Getting Higher and Higher- Does This Piss You Off? |
Did you know that oil companies such as Exxon-Mobil, Chevron, and others buy their oil from Saudi Arabia, even as Saudi Arabia boycotts everything and anything that is made in America, specifically, made in the USA?
This means that you and I are supporting the Saudis, who hate us, and all we stand for, every time we buy gas from those companies that buy from Saudi Arabia. I don't know about you all, but it makes me mad as hell to imagine that I support these people that would love to see me, my wife, and my kids dead.
Will we continue to use oil from them? Probably. Will we keep on driving as much as ever, no matter how high gas gets? Probably. Will anyone boycott these companies? EXXON-MOBIL, CHEVRON/TEXACO, BP-AMOCO,SHELL OIL, which ALL buy Saudi oil? Probably not. I will. Which do NOT buy from the Middle East? SINCLAIR, SUNOCO, HESS, CITGO, ARCO, and PHILLIPS.
What a shame that we support these traitors to their own people. How much money is left in YOUR wallet? |

I will keep in mind the list that you shared, and act accordingly. In the meantime, I drive 51 miles each way to work. $3+ a gallon of gas hacks me off, but, my blood pressure drops down when I remind myself that I sold my full-size pickup two years ago.
I can get about 30mpg out of a ten year old Buick if I baby it; that'll have to do for now! |

I drove part way and then took public transit to work everyday. It not only saved me some money in car insurance, it also saved me a lot of gas money.
The next car I buy will be a Toyota Prius (Hybrid). It burns less gas. And it is good for the environment. |

Doesn't make me mad. It makes me sad. Sad, that GW is best friends with the Saudis. |
