How can these morons get away with such appalling service? It really angers me that in effect Royal Mail / Parcel Farce have a monopoly on mail in the UK, and ultimately couldn't give a rat's @rse how poorly they operate. If I could send a strangle through the post to the guy that runs the operations, I would, except that they'd deliver it to the wrong address no doubt, or mis-direct it up someone's @rse.

i put somebusiness their way following their initially helpful customer service approach, promises of it being fully trackable online and a full refund in case they dont deliver within the specified period etc.
teh collection didnt take place when it was supposed to (befdore 4.30pm the same day)despite being a morning booking. i had to chase them up countless times and was met with unprofessionalism bordering on incompetence/rudeness. once it was collected i could not track it cos teh collection guy did not have the paperwork which would have given me my unique tracking code. he said i would get it the next day. i didnt and chased them for it with no avail.
i made varioud requests for callbacks and all that happened was someone answered saying they would log my call and pass on the message for someone to get back to me.
i thought it was ghastly, but hoped at least the package would arrive on time. as it was, the package arrived over a week after it was supposed to.
i asked for a refund and they told me to download their form from their website. my printer wasnt working so i called them again and they said they would send me a form. i didnt get it so had to re-request it (getting the pictire here people?) and by the time i received it i was in the middle of moving premises. by the time they rcvd teh form back they denied my refund claim on the basis that the 30 odd day period had expired. !!!!!!!
since then i have used fedex and they have been better. |

DHL can be just as bad. I ordered a camera from germany and i live in aberdeen scotland. they sent it to my address but in edinburgh. how can delivery companies get something so vital so badly wrong. firing squad is the only answer |

Look up their customer service details on their website (I think they are in Leeds) and send them a similarly worded complaint! I would.

They are a courier firm, they are all as bad as each other. I used to work for a different one and if the driver can't be arsed delivering he won't he will just say he can't find the address.
It always makes me wonder why they just can't do the job that they are paid to do. |

The goods took less time to get to the UK, than Parcel Force took to get the goods the 23 miles from their depot to my house. |

Unfortunatley theay are not the worst they are all as bad as each other, any overnight parcel carrier who operates in the UK is crap, simple as that.
The best way that i have found is that if you are expecting a 24 hr service add one day !!! |
