I don't know if your problem involves buying or selling. I just went to paypal.com and near the bottom of every single page there is a small link called Contact Us. If you click on that you will be able to email customer support. I guess you tried this, but did not get any satisfaction from paypal.
If you used the email method above and nothing worked for you, you can call paypal customer service at 888-221-1161. There is also a number for sellers (402-952-8899), but it is not a toll-free number.
I don't know if your problem is connected to ebay. I have dealt with ebay a lot. I have been a buyer and seller for over 4 years. On the link in the Source section below, you will find ways to email ebay, a toll-free no. to call ebay + a different toll-free no. for ebay about problems with paypal.
Over the years, I had a number of problems with ebay. However, through email and phone customer support, almost all the problems were fixed. If you have trouble with the link below, send me a message and I will send you the email & phone nos. Hope this helps. |

Good luck with this. I had a dispute with them last year, that resulted in my constant e-mailing and phoning and found them massively unhelpful and un-interested that I lost lost of money through a buyers scam. I even contacted the police, citizens advice and trading standards, because I felt paypal were being unlawful.
After lots of frustration I finally called a national newspaper and had the story put in there. Unfortunately I never did receive my money back, but it felt a little better giving them some bad publicity!
Are you pay-pal verified do you know? I wasn't at the time, but I am now. This usually strengthens your case.
In any case the best of luck, I hope it resolves for you. |

If they're trading as a limited company,in the (UK) or a corporate body in the states or anywhere else in the world, directors personal details are available on request, I;e try companies house and you'll see apart from the free company data, you can obtain for a small fee the full personal details including addresses of directors are available, and it's a criminal offence not to notify change of address within 7 days.
If you enter find people or locate people into your server a whole host of sites will come up, and information in the states is far more freely available than the uk.
imputing details such paypal scum-bucket or the vultures that sit on the cemetery gates will not assist your search. |
