I already sent you an e-mail explaining this but I'll also say it here. You didn't pay for it, this is an e-mail that they send to tell you that the seller is going to set it aside for you. If you dont pay for it, within I dont know how long ( ask the seller, send her a private message) she'll just assume you that you dont want it anymore. You wont get the shoes cause you havent paid for them. Talk to the seller.
Oh, the paying it later its because the seller is giving you time to pay for it. She gave me time cause there were some complications.
