Please help, I'm working in a company so terrible...?
I'm fresh graduated with two years of experience in company has high-quality structure, and first-class stuff of employees, now I moved to new company with the same title but this company excessively terrible, it doesn't has any rules or regulation to organize internal or external issues, no management structure, it's only concern about sales target and drop it's employee, it doesn't care about employees, I'm lost what I have to do,

Ps, I'm business development officer.

Find another job then quit . I stayed with losers for 25 years I finaly reported them they turned on me I had to retire early. Things are better. If the public knew how bad they are they would never be where they are

try to get back with the old company

do you remember where the front door is dont ya why stess out go find a better place

first, i wouldn't post this on the internet- people are being disciplined all the time for speaking ill of their companies on the internet- luckily, you didn't write the company name, and i hope you didn't write this from work, but i'd be careful.

when you're in a bad work situation, you can either try to be the difference- by (without overstepping your upper managers) taking an attitude that you think is more correct, both with other employees and customers. if this works, your management may see the difference and listen to what you have to say.

if not, it may be time to shop around for another job. if you can't believe in your company, your performance will not be nearly as good as in an environment you can believe in.

don't sell yourself short to stay with a company that will not live up to your needs.

Iin my opinion 2 things... You can either get another job, or stay and you could walk your way up and organized it little by little... it will take time but at least you will know you did it.
