There are 2 receptionist im the lead. I tried training the new girl when she first came aboard, the first week she got mad and told me I was talking down to her. I said sorry and didn't talk to her again, she told me she knew how to do her job. Well I went over her schedula and told her what she couldn't do she talk to the supoviser and didn't tell me about it. Then 3 weeks later I get the new permante schedual gave it to her and she threw a fit with me about it. I had notthing to do with it, so now every thing I told her in the begain like taking brakes at the last min she is doing it again. She said she doesn't like the way I talk to her, so now I don't know what to do How do I tell her again that she isn't suppose to take brakes at the last min... or any other issue, is there like a book or a site I can look at so I can learn to talk to this person?
