Let's say you're working in an organization. a big company, a global firm.
Here's a good place to start: http://jobstar.org/tools/resume/index.php
Draft your resume. Then come back the next day and look at it again. Then have someone else look at it. You should be very careful with spelling and grammar. People get in the habit of using text message shorthand (which really irks me personally) and don't catch their own errors. Proofread the final version several times and have others proofread it as well.
You should also carefully compose a cover letter which relates to the specific position you are applying for. Reference the position (ie, Admin Asst position in Sunday paper). Employer's often have several positions opened and you want to get your resume to the right place.
You should also indicate something specific in your experience that makes you a good candidate for the position. Your cover letter should look like you wrote it specifically for this application and not just a form letter.
If you have some preference for times to be called or available for interviews, put that in the cover letter as well. I passed over many applicants that looked like good fits because I could never get them on the phone. Just played telephone tag.

Uh...you just MAY want to brush up on your spelling and use of plurals...before drafting a resume.
No one will hire you with a resume full of typos, grammatical errors, bad punctuation or sentence structure, and poor understanding of the English language...
Should you be unable to write one properly, I would STRONGLY suggest using a resume writing company (they DO exist and can be ever so helpful!) to write and print one for you....
