No...you should use good paper with no letterhead. It will not look good to a prospective employer for you to use company supplies for personal use. Also, if your present company found out, they will be less than happy about using company letterhead for non-official business (depending upon their HR policies, it could even be a firing offense).

No, your resume will tell potential employers that you are currently employed. Your resume should be personal and should have only your name and contact info on it.
By putting someone else's name/letterhead can give the wrong signals.
1. too cheap to get your own letterhead
2. trying to show off - not classy
