Sams Club or Costco?
Which one do you prefer and why? Is there an advantage as far as membership from one to the other? People often compare the 2 like Walmart and Target. Im a Sams member.. but I've heard alot of people like Costco better.

From a buyer's standpoint... go with Costco!
Except for the bulk packaged items (cereal stuff like that) -- almost everything you see at Sam's can be found in a Walmart.

Not the case with Costco! They get lots of items that are specific only to them. Around christmas they have some of the BEST bundle deals, and special items you'd never see at a Sam's Club. I sell items online and alot of my popular ebay items are all from Costco. I think membership dues are like 35 dollars a year. Check out Costco's website. http://www.costco.com

Sam's is more geared toward small businesses. Costco is better for the general consumer.

But...where I live, there are no Costcos.

I own a small business, so Sam's is better for me. But if I was just a normal consumer and both were easy to reach, I would pick Costco.

Sam's club was built by Sam Walton, which is owned by walmart. But I prefer costco it is cheaper than walmart, and its more customer friendly.

Costco has a lot more to offer then Sam's. Also Sam's is a subsidary of Walmart

I haven't heard too much about working for sam's club besides it being decent pay

I hear Costco starts off really well and works with you on your schedule if you're in school or have kids or whatever. I know people who are 20 and 65 who both love working there. Both say its a great company to work for.
