I would email for an explanation, be careful that this person is not being deviant, if they reply in a manner that you find unsavoury yo you, report and cease contact, hope I'm very wrong but there are a lot of strange people out there ! |

They obviously want them altered in some way, but even if you think their request is reasonable, do not do anything under any circumstances.
This could lead to a number of things that would not be good for you and you'll end up getting no payment for the item (for example, they might claim that you did not sell them the item as described and deny that they had asked you to change it - just to get what they want for free!)
If someone wants it customized so badly, then they can sort it out themselves when they receive the item.
Don't take that risk. |

best thing you can do is ask directly the buyer!tell him what does he really mean as there is quite a few meanings to 'customise'.
being honest always pays!!! |

I've been selling on Ebay for years and never heard of that one!
Maybe a mail back saying ' How exactly would you like these customised' - might give a clue.
The only thing I can think of is that you have a buyer who's first language isn't english - and they maybe mean can you do a BIN for them???
Good luck!!!! |

customise them? that means he wants some changes done to them. perhaps some writing on it?
seems a weird question though for track suit bottoms. normally u just buy them as they are.
i would ask him what he wants as even once u know what customising means, u still don't know what exactly he wants done. |

I think he may mean alter them, such as the waist or the length.. I'd tell him not to be so cheeky and that he can buy them as they are or not at all :-) |

Making the bottoms a one off pair and putting logo's on them or just dressing them up. Ask the customer what they require. The price would vary also.
Are you able to do this? if not, then inform the customer that you do not customise |
