Please make sure there are enough wall sockets in every room.
Please make sure the light switches are not too high
Please use handles or the doors vs the round ones
Please allow for plenty of storage space
Please make the car garage small enough to hold 2 cars
then behind, or next to it, have a large, wide, full of good size shelves for storage.
Please make sure that one light switch doesn´t command all
Please make sure the kitchen is based on the triangle concept
In other words, what gives you an advantage over men, is that you have run your home for years and years, so by now should be familiar with all the supposed 'cost savings', lack of imagination most construction companies do.

No reason why not if she is trained in the operations well enough to understand what she is doing. It would be important to hire good management, understand what skills are needed and how to hire for those skills. Just like any other business. |

Probably best person to run a construction company. All the workers'll be trying to impress her so the company should perform much better than otherwise.
Furthermore most women I find have a better grip on accountancy/marketing and managing skills, perfect for running a company. |
