I work for a Fortune 500 company. Old Castle APG.
I believe that my boss has become a yes man in fear of losing his job. The Vice President of our district is CLEARLY running us into the ground. we make mulch for Home-Depot, Lowes and other giants.
He is doing everything he can to make it impossible for us to make enough product to supply our orders this coming season.
He is diminishing our fleet of trucks, and not allowing enough raw materials to be brought in.
Should I call the Vice President of the Entire company and fill him in? At this point I don't care about my job.
I don't think he knows what is going on, because the district vice pres. is feeding him, lies. |

If you are ready talked to your immediate supervisor and you feel that your not getting anywhere, then you should talk to his boss to see if he knows of the situation.
It could be a that your boss is following his bosses plans.

If you don't care about your job or working in that industry again, yes--blow the whistle.
People use to consider it a part of their duty to keep a company's integrity on the up and up. That was long ago. Now companies are as crooked as the short street in San Francisco and they intimidate their employees to keep them quiet.
You may be incorrect about the Vice President, the orders that the district guy are passing on to you, may be coming from him. |

Yes. It sounds to me like that job you have is going nowhere with the boss running you into the ground. Is he doing this to make some multiples look better on paper? I'm kind of confused.
Regardless, if you go over his head, you may look like an excellent employee and could very easily land a job higher up. |
