NO, first of all as mentioned by several it is confidentail informations, second, the employer broke into her computer so you will be looked at also. Third, she may in fact be an employee that needs to be terminated. Fourth, the message from her previous employer may have just been a message that a positionis open and does she recommend anyone. Finally, if for some reason she is not terminated, then you look like a fool as well as untrustworthy with confidential info. While she may appreciate the heads up it is none of your business.
The big question is do you want to continue working for a company where the boss breaks into your computer then makes public knowledge of intention to terminate. That alone is unethical, although the courts have ruled that the company may in fact monitor your email. |

If she isn't a personal friend I would not say anything to her. If you do, there is a good chance you will be the next person fired. |

this is not your concern, the boss might have just been venting. Stay out of it! |

I wouldn't. If she was doing that on her company computer, with full knowledge that she could be found out, she must not be that concerned for her position there. Plus, she obviously has other career options. Her employment is obviously over at your company, there is no need to jeopardize yours. |

I would not interfere unless you want to be terminated too. |

No. It's not your responsibility. It will also set you for problems within the company at all levels. You could be next for sharing confedential information. |

"and the owner broke in her computer and read her emails."
The owner did not BREAK into anything he/she OWNS the computer.
But it might give you pause if you are using it for a lot of personal stuff etc. |

This is none of your business. Do your work. |

NO! It's better if you just mind your own business and let the owner handle things. Just do your job and don't get involved in the office drama. It's not your place to tell someone they are going to get fired, even if you think you are doing them a favor. What if the owner later changed her mind, and you don't know it? What of the owner had some other reasons you don't know about for firing the person? You don't want to appear to have anything to do with it or you could get fired too! |

Do not get invovled. Unless she will take you with her to the new job.... |

Yes. She can start to look for other employment. This may just be trash talk, but it is talk. |

I would tell her, there might be something she can do to keep from getting fired if she knows. I don't think a boss can legally fire someone just for interviewing somewhere else. But alot of bosses would anyway. |
