Should i leave?
The company I work for has just gone into administration but has been bought back by the same people. No one can guarantee my job and im still waiting to be paid (2 weeks late but i have written confirmation I will get paid) Should I just leave and start afresh? Im in two minds as I really like it there. But at the same time, it is driving me crazy not knowing what is going to happen.
personally, i would start looking for a new job now, even if it's just browsing and sending off a few cv's. I was in exactly the same situation and it became an absolute nightmare over wages and job security. Chances are, if you don't feel your job is secure, it probably isn't. I would however take it up with personnel over wages and demand them, as we all can't live on fresh air and for free. Good luck, but i'm sure in your heart you know the right thing to do.

get yourself into the office and if the boss is there ask him face to face what is your position and mention about your wages //if he's a responsible guy he will settle your problem there and then

I don't know why the decided to restructure, but they cannot delay your pay without your approval. Check with your department of labor and see what your laws are.
If you like it there, do your best to hold on. While you are waiting, brush up your resume.
Good luck.

Consult a lawyer and ask if you have grounds to sue. Bear in mind that the owners are still formalising the takeover and need time to erase debt and hand over all contracts.
