In business terms Sky is AKA BSkyB (Britsh Sky Broadcasting). Yes, they are awful. my friend used to work for them. |

I have to say i`ve dealt with them for years and never used to have any problems but over the last 2 or 3 years they have been a pain to deal with. They don`t seem to get my billing right, if you ask them a question you get a different answer from each member of staff whether it`s the Scottish or Indian call centre. Last time i called because they had charged me twice for the boxing i ordered, then they said why don`t i change to direct debit! I said because then you would have just taken an extra £20 without me knowing.
I`m going to try the football today on my laptop and if it`s good enough i`m going to sack `em off, as we say in the North.
