My advice: get over it. You had fun, so way spoil it by going to court. Plus, since racing in Wal-Mart is something looked down upon, you would probably lose, plus the fact that Wal-Mart is a multi-million dollar corporation. |

you could only sue if one of the old people died. you could blame them for making carts that rolled too fast and the high speeds caused the elderly to suffer from heart attacks when they lost control of their carts and slipped, throwing their canes in front of you.
