I think they do not sell the best coffee. Peruvian coffee is the best coffee on the planet i have ever tasted and they do not sell it... I think is all about fashion... I do not drink coffee at all but if it is peruvian coffee from Cuzco I do not think twice.... That is real coffee.... |

Neither. You can get a cup of coffee anywhere, even from a gas station. Their delivery and marketing methods may be different or unique but the basic products, coffee and snacks, are available everywhere. |

No. They actually charge more for their products than the competition....
They also pay the highest percentage of revenue towards employees of any major corporation..
Of each cup of coffee you buy there, fully one half of the price goes towards employees salaries and benefits.... |

monopolistic competition would be closest, but that term doenst really work. They're not a monopoloy, there are still many other coffee companies out there. Starbucks must be doing something better than the others, though. |
