2. Convenience, there is one around every corner at my school (Arizona State University)
3. That it is so expensive and not that great. If I had another choice for my caffeine fix I would go elsewhere. I would rather give my $$ to a mom & pop shop instead of feeding Corporate America Giants (But I am a grad student in math and need that COFFEE so I give in)
4. I would make breakfast sandwiches like Einsteins Bagels and do those "buy 10 coffees get one free" punch cards. Try to lower prices |

3. The big chain; way too expensive for just coffee; too trendy
4. Make them smaller and less in number because when there's one little glitch in the economy, non essentials like a $7 cup of coffee is one of the first things the average American will give up. You can see that now with the gas prices and Starbucks just announced a ton of store closings. They need to lower the costs of everything on the menu. I'd add a smaller homey feeling and try to distance myself from looking like a big trendy chain. Dude, Starbucks is in trouble. |

I <3 starbucks interior. the dim lighting and warm colors always make me want 2 go.
I go 2 starbucks in da barnes and noble bcuz i lik 2 read magazines while i sip my drink.
the only thing dat i do not lik about starbucks is dat a lot of times they mess up ur order. lik wenevr i say i want a double chocolate chip frappacino they would somtimes giv me a java chip. or wen i say i want the iced green tea they would somtimes give me the frappacino or the latte.

1- I like that they have a consistant product that is the same every time I go in, no matter where the store is located. I have been to Starbucks all over the world, and I know exactly what I will get when I order.
2- I rarely stay in the store, I usually take my drink with me on the way to another location.
3- The price
4- I wouldn't have expanded as quickly as they did, and I think they are learning that lesson now.

1-Starbucks has all your coffee needs and more and it is very artsy.
2-study look at the random other stuff they sell there and definitely their cookies and muffins, some places have internet. (Cd's DVDs cool coffee cups, plates, games, etc.)
3- They don't always keep their season coffees year round D;
4- Add more to the menu |

1) I used to like Starbucks because I liked the taste of their coffee.
2) If it was cold, I always got a hot coffee. And if it was hot, I would always get a cold coffee.
3) I had to quit Starbucks because the caffeine was too much and I always "crashed" later during the day.
4) I wouldn't necessarily change anything about it. I guess Starbuck's wasn't meant for everybody lol. |

its sooo good, yet addicting. i don't like the extremely high prices. and i would change that if i were the owner, other than that it's great. i like the atmosphere. wouldn't take anything away from it. i just go there to relax with friends. |

1. I like the setting in general. I like how it's a place where everyone knows where one is and it's an easy "meet me here" place or just a random place you can go when you feel cold, want something to snack on, or after school.
2. I haven't visited a Starbucks since I graduated from high school. There were 3 starbucks by my school and I always used to go to study + hang out after school + talk with friends + wait for a ride + have breakfast (when I was early!) and have a snack.
3. I don't like their coffee, I don't fancy it much. And the prices are pretty expensive. I understand it's a coffee shop place, but I rather buy anything else than their coffee. |

1) I like Starbuck's regular coffee.
2) I go to Starbuck's very rarely.
3) I hate paying so much money for that regular coffee I like so well.
4) I would do away with the lattes and frappacinos. Those are yenta beverages. I'd make it a more manly atmosphere. I'd have wide screen TV's with ESPN on all the time. |

3. I don't tend to like things that everyone else likes. Everyone talks about starbucks, even my teachers, so I get sick of hearing about it.
4. I'd give me free drinks! But other than that, nope.
