I am starting a online advertising company..But I'm not sure how to start my LLC. Should I do it online and pay about 200 bucks, or do I hire an attorney and pay them 700 bucks.. Start with you state's website since that is who you will be finally registering with. It will give you all the prices they charge and the benefits of different types of business styles.

I would go with legalzoom.com. They will take care of EVERYTHING you need to get started for about $350, just add the state fee for forming the LLC and youll be set. There is also LLC.com and 101incorporate.com as well. These are all comanies that know their stuff and will definitely get you going. I am starting a Wholesale Broker LLC in another month or two and thats who im going with. Hope that helps.
