Answer: Advise my supervisor of the situation and he/she will inform me of what to do.
(supervisors need to know when an employee doesnt show up and a lot of jobs dont want you staying longer then your shift - dont take it upon yourself to make the decision of staying without being told to do so)

If they don't show up within 15 mins you're suppose to call your manager and let them know and chances are you will have to stay for a little while until he or she shows up or the person who's covering their shift.

You stay on for at least a half hour in order to help your coworkers out. There is nothing worse than getting the entire load dumped on you because someone didn't show up. You then ask your manager to contact the missing employee if he hasn't already.
