If you are on the do not call list, you can report them to the attorney general.
Better yet, next time they call, tell them you changed your phone number, and moved to Arizona, and give them the Arizona Attorney General's phone number.

Put your number on the do not call list.

Never tell them to call back later. Tell them to take you off their list. Don't be polite.

One way to make them stop for sure is to put your number on the "Do Not Call" registry through the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). If you already haven't done so, you can go to http://www.donotcall.gov or call them toll free at 1-888-382-1222 to register. Once your number is on the list, telemarketers have 31 days to get you off of their calling lists. If they are still calling you past 31 days after your number was put on the registry, then you can file a complaint with the FTC. You can report them by going to their website (www.donotcall.gov) and clicking on "File A Complaint." You will need the date they called you and their name or telephone number. Then once the FTC verifies the complaint, they will probably fine the company.
