Understanding, just so long as they aren't a push-over... Otherwise I'll abuse it. ^^; lol
Reasonable, ask your workers to do something rather than demand.
Positively acknowledge your people, compliment them when they do something good... Not only when they mess up.
Those are three things that'd make a Manager great in my opinion. ^^;
