You probably do, but depending on the job it could be several different types of tests. It could be a simple math test or a predictive behavioral assessment to see if you are prone to steal or to see if you are a good fit for the job. |

The question you should be asking yourself is, why do I want to work at Walmart? Walmart is notoriously known for cheating their employees out of pay, hours, benifits, etc. so they can maintain their low prices. They have horrible business practices, they are unfriendly with the enviroment, they cause all other shops in the surrounding area to go out of business. You could find a better job somewhere else, where they will treat you with respect.

I've heard the same thing. They give you a paper and pencil test...its to make sure you're not crazy or anything...its like an aptitude test..shouldn't be too hard! |

They use a profile that incorporates integrity, dependability, customer service, and illegal drug usage opinions. It's not too bad.... just answer truthfully and don't try to "fake it" as they can tell by your answers how much you are trying to pretend you are perfect. |
