Thank you cards - corporate/business etiquette?
I have to create the "thank-you" cards for the company I work for to send to customers... aside from "thank you for your business" what is some good stuff to throw in the paragraph?? Additional Details for everyone whos saying to hand write... let me mention i have to do over 2,000 of these... and its just me. because we are a small company (less than 20 people)... so i dont plan to handwrite that.
This is a wonderful old-fashioned gesture which is sure to be appreciated simply because not many companies bother to do it. Say what you really feel at the time: this, plus the fact that you have bothered to send the card in the first place, is most important. If you want a formal para composing, let me know: pleased to be of assistance! And do remember, hand-sign the card to preserve individuality: there is nothing worse than a facsimile signature. Regards!

Ok.. Opinion here. Besides that, you need to say WHY you are saying thank you. IE "It was a pleasure to meet with you at blah blah blah. " that shows that you remember them. A general thank you note doesn't cut it and will probably wind up in the trash basket because people don't necessarily like kiss ups.

if there not hand written it, the thank you loses all of its meaning
