Depending on the company you work for the questions would be quite different. The company I work for the CEO is the employee who has been with the company for the longest period of time. He is a PHD and a phenomenal man. One of the things I don't get about people in these positions is work life balance. If it was me in your position, I would ask the following questions:
If you had it all to do over again, what would you have done differently?
Where do you see the site that I am currently working at doing 10 years from now? Where will you be then?
There is so much focus on Japanese business philosophies lately. We hire new people form American companies to instill these philosophies into our work ethics, but why don't we hire or train with Japanese business people to better learn these processes? |
