First I wonder how you're "getting screwed." It's entirely your business, but a lot of people exaggerate when it comes to jobs, bosses, etc.
Honestly, cut your losses and get out before it gets worse. I hate to sound like a Negative Nancy, but corporations rarely reach out to help the individual employee. If the ship is sinking, save yourself. You can find better work somewhere else. |

Last I checked slavery had been outlawed in this country. If they are not treating you like you would like, find another job. What's stopping you? |

well, there are labour laws you know. look up yours, i'm sure its different everywhere and see if you have any sort of case against the company. if they are violating your rights, let them know, prove it to them. give your bosses the chance to fix things. if that fails, you could take legal measures, depending on whats at stake, otherwise just quit. |

corporations have board of directors and Human resources department to handle grievences within their organizations
write a formal letter of greivence and send it to HR
you can word your letter accordingly so that annonymity is provided or address it to the head of the dept. that overseas your division and expect recourse.
that is what you can do
