VACATIONS: Regular full time employees who have been with the company for less than 8 years but more than one year, are entitled to 2 weeks paid vacation.
I NEED TO KNOW WHEN THE VACATION TIME IS ACTUALLY EARNED ACCORDING TO THE HANDBOOK, #1 or #2?
#1 You start earning your vacation in the 2nd year of employment. The 1st year is not counted. You will have earned 2 weeks paid vacation by the end of the 2nd year.
OR
#2 You start earning your vacation in the 1st year of employment. You have earned 2 weeks paid vacation and are entitled to take it after 1 year has been completed. |

I'd say, going on any company that I have ever worked for, you accrue your vacation time in the first year. On your one year anniversary you are entitled to your vacation time. Which would mean after 366 days employed by the same company, you could put in for 2 weeks off. |
