Those with publicly listed salaries - Will you be willing to take a pay cut along with America?
One salary negotiating tactic I am getting is companies are trying to save money by cutting salaries, but when I research companies I don't see proof of that in the public records. I have historically made $27/hr and am now being offered between $12 - $20. Many many job seekers are having this happen to them too. Would the big salarieds be willing to take the pay cut along with the "little people"?
