In 1994 a crazy lady who had a bad reputation for making false accusations. She tried to accuse me of molesting her little daughter. There is no way that I could have done this because we were at a party with a bunch of people, it would have just been plain stupid and obvious to do something like that. Anyway I was wanted by the police department FOR QUESTIONING, and since they couldn't prove anything, I did not serve any prison time, but I did get a year of probation to see my probation officer every week.

Also in 1993 I was smoking a cigarette in a School bathroom, the butt was still lit, I threw it in the garbage, and the garbage caught on fire. The school principal mistakenly thought I had intentions to burn the school down. I was handcuffed and arrested, two weeks later I went before a judge, told him it was an accident, and he reduced the felony to a misdemeanor, and I served 6 months probation.

I'm 33 years old now and I used to work for United Parcel Service, and they did not have a problem with me when they ran the backround, and I worked for them from 2006-2009

But now I applied at Federal Express to work on an AIRLINE and they ran a fingerprint, urine drug test, and FBI backround check. Do you think they will hire me with these conditions because of the fact that they are running a thourough backround?

I am uncertain about this because, when I tried to enlist in the Navy they found this when they ran a thourough backround they rejected my enlistment
