PR is significant for both. The organisation use it for regular review of employee performance as it provides feedback on performance to employees, rewarding deserving individuals, making decisions.
Individuals show their concern through PR to their superiors.

this is important to the individual for his consistent growth. Yjr company always has the alternative, the individual does not, He has to look for another job. I fact the company does this for the individual because they do not knoe whether they would get onother person who is right for their job, they think it better to correct what they have.
