UPS hasn't delivered my package yet.?
I ordered a shirt form defunker. com on August 30 and now it's September 27 and it's still not here yet! I tracked my package online and it says "In Transit". But I thought the package would be delivered in 3 - 5 business days, what do you think happened?
It is possible that it hasn't bee shipped yet. That "in transit" often only means that the sender has scheduled a pick-up.

Call them at 1-800-PICKUPS. Make sure you have the tracking number handy and they will help you locate the package or get a replacement right away. UPS is one of the last businesses with great customer service.

my suggestion would be to call them, it seems like the package is probably lost thats waaaay too long not to receive it, i have learned to stick with one company when it comes to all my courier needs, you need a local company, i get better service and nothing ever gets lost, good luck

Why are on an Answers then, phone UPS! Have you got parcel number? Type it in on their website to see where the package is.
