USPS.....i sent that way when my hubby was over there....got there in about 2 weeks, maybe even less. and if you send from a post office thats on a base, get there even faster. trick i learned being a military wife:))) |

I hope you're referring to the postal service and not UPS. However here is my ranking on reliability. 1. USPS 2. UPS 3. FedEx. Pick one and send the package. |

Care packages overseas to anyone in the military MUST go through APO addresses. Otherwise......United States Post Office. |

Iraq... that's really tough. In most major cities, either one would work. I'd try asking the recipient their experience in receiving packages and if they arrived on time.
UPS often has problems with managing their packages... i've heard numerous horror stories of packages being lost and their failure to reimburse customers.
Choice is yours! |

From my previous experience- neither UPS or FedEx will ship to an APO address in Iraq. I think you have to go with plain old USPS (United States Post Office). When my husband was overseas- it usually took about 10-12 days. That's not too bad, considering. |

The USPS - regular postal service is the best way to get packages to service members. I was deployed twice and it worked fine. There are even military members that do the postal handling overseas, they do a great job. |
